How do I find and download content that I can republish in the Republishing Tool?

Once you have been added to your organisation’s republishing licence, you will be able to browse FT.com to find content that you wish to republish. The majority of content on FT.com will display a dot (known as a republishing indicator) to the left of the headline. The colour of the republishing indicator will indicate whether you will be able to download and republish the content.

Click on the republishing indicator and a message will display whether the content is available to your organisation for republishing and if there are any additional restrictions.

If it can be republished by your organisation, then a Download button will be displayed on the message. Clicking this button will download the content to your computer.

If there is a Save button displayed, clicking it will save the content to your Saved items list in the Republishing Tool. You can then review your list of Saved Items and choose which to download and republish.
