How do you access Subscription Manager?
To access Subscription Manager, go to subscription-manager.ft.com and enter your ft.com login details. The first time you access the platform, you will be required to set up 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).
How do I set up 2FA?
Option 1: Authenticator app (recommended)
- Download an authenticator app (we recommend Google Authenticator).
- Use the app to scan the QR code presented during setup.
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify and access the platform.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once setup is complete.
Each time you log in after that, simply enter the new 6-digit code generated by your app - there’s no need to repeat the full setup.
Option 2: Email me a magic link
- Select Email me a magic link at login.
- You’ll receive an email in your inbox containing a unique URL to access Subscription Manager.
- Click the link to log in.
Please note: the unique URL expires after 30 minutes.
Each session lasts 24 hours. After this, you’ll need to log in again using your credentials and 2FA.
What to do if you don't have access
If you have any issues with the authentication process needed for Subscription Manager, do not have access to your device, have a new device or are using a different authentication app, please contact our customer support team via email at customer.support@ft.com.
