Why can I not just add users directly to my Group licence?

Licence administrators can no longer sign a user up to the organisation’s FT licence on the user's behalf. Due to new compliance and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules, any new users that are added to your FT licence must go through our sign up process and agree to the required terms and conditions.
