What type of usage information is available in Enterprise Tools?

There will be slightly different data available depending on your licence type.

Team licences will display:

• Total assigned readers on your current contract, broken down by active and inactive users
• Total page views for the current contract
• Total counted page views for the current contract
• Downloadale individual user usage report for the current contract

Group and Enterprise licenses will display:

• Total assigned readers on your licence, broken down by active and inactive users
• Actual core readers for the current contract
• Occasional readers for the current contract
• Forecasted core readers

An individual user usage report for the current contract can be downloaded with additional metrics including who is a Core reader, the date they became a core reader and a breakdown of counted pageviews by user.

All licences will include graphs displaying:

• Total pageviews across the licence (up to 2 years of data)
• Total pageviews by device and platform across the licence (up to 2 years of data)
• Total counted pageviews across the licence (up to 2 years of data)
• Total counted pageviews by device and platform across the licence (up to 2 years of data)
