What does the individual usage data in Enterprise Tools show me?

Here, you can explore detailed data on individual users on your licence. The report will show data only for the current contract and will display all users currently assigned to the licence as well as those that have left during the current contract term.  

For any user that has left the licence, we will not display data on whether they are an active user or a myFT user as the end user could still be using the service as a registered user.

Data displayed for each individual:

• Full name
• Email
• Position
• Country
• Licence join date
• Licence left date
• Is active
• Is myFT user
• Is Core reader (Group and Enterprise licenses only)
• Date became core reader (Group and Enterprise licenses only)
• Total pageviews
• Total pageviews broken down by the last 12 months of the current contract
• Total counted pageviews (Group and Enterprise licenses only)
• Total counted pageviews broken down by the last 12 months of the current contract (Group and Enterprise licenses only)
• Total characters copies
• Total characters copied broken down by last 30, 60, 90 days
