How do I manage users in Subscription Manager?
If you're an administrator, you can manage your Professional subscription users via the Manage Users section in Subscription Manager. This includes adding and removing users, resetting passwords, and monitoring seat usage.
Check your seat allocation
At the top of the Manage Users page, you’ll see how many seats are included in your subscription, how many are in use, and how many remain. If you’ve reached your seat limit and need to add more users, contact your customer relationship manager to discuss expanding your allocation.
Add users to your subscription
Click the “+ Invite new readers” button to invite new users. You can:
- Enter email addresses directly into the platform
- Upload a CSV file (with an "Email" header) to invite up to 1,000 users at once
- Copy and share an invite link using your own email service
Note: Due to GDPR and compliance requirements, users must accept the invitation and complete the sign-up process themselves. You cannot add users directly on their behalf.
Remove users from your subscription
Use the search bar to find the user you want to remove. Expand the "Manage" dropdown menu, click "Remove" and confirm by selecting "Remove" again.
Reset a user’s password
Search for the user, expand the "Manage" dropdown menu, click "Reset password" and confirm by selecting "Send". The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
